1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SandArtAI, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Service Description

SandArtAI provides AI-powered image generation and transformation features. We may add, remove, or change features over time.

SandArtAI is an independent product that may route requests to third-party AI model providers. References to model providers or model names describe technical compatibility only and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

4. AI Output and User Responsibility

AI outputs may vary and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, sharing, or using them commercially.
You must have the rights needed for any content you upload.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

use the service for illegal activity;
infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
attempt unauthorized access, abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform;
submit malware, harmful code, or prohibited content.

6. Plans, Subscriptions, Credits, and Cancellation

Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled.
You can manage or cancel a subscription from your billing management portal (available in account settings).
Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
One-time purchases (such as credit packages) do not auto-renew. Credit validity and expiry are shown in product and account details.
Commercial usage rights are plan-based: the Free plan does not include a commercial license. Paid plans may include commercial usage rights as described on the pricing page.

7. Payments and Taxes

Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Creem handles checkout, invoicing, and applicable tax collection.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

We retain rights in the SandArtAI service, branding, and software. You retain rights to your input content, subject to licenses needed for us to operate the service. Any commercial use of outputs must comply with these Terms and applicable third-party rights in your input content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, legal requirements, or security risk.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
